A deeper dive build for the disc thrower turning it into an infinitely firing (no delay), super high rate of fire, powerful weapon against both Adds and Bosses

The disc launcher was picked because it can apply primary and secondary at the same time, it doesn't have to reload and only depends on how fast you get back the discs. The Turret was picked for its ability to hit a lot of targets quickly. Early game the build will work by you manually detonating the discs, throwing down turrets, and aiming for weak spots. Late game the build will work almost the same. The second you get into any encounter, throw down all turrets and aim for weak spots. You almost don't even have to aim as the discs will bounce between enemies and so will your blessings. Everything will die very quickly. For bosses do the same thing except here it is even more important that you aim for the weak spots as that is how you discs will trigger. (with ancient forge mod). Fortune will kill most adds super fast, and increase fire rate. Frost will kill most bosses rather fast. Ocean on turrets, will give back ammo super fast and increase fire rate even more.

Any of the primary’s for this weapon will work. Dynamo is my go to as it hits multiple enemies, but some would prefer Automatic as the disc’s will return to you faster earlier in the dive, but as you get farther in the dive, discs return so fast that it doesn’t matter. You could also use Fan Fire but it doesn’t really make too much sense as you will be using the Fan Charm, which adds two discs for free rather than not. (Fan Fire uses 3 discs per shoot, Fan Charm adds them for free; 1 disc ammo cost yet 3 discs shoot)

1.Dynamo
2.Automatic
3.Fan Fire

Inferno Discs are what I pick as I like all the explosions. They are good for early game and apply Frost quickly for later in the dive when you get it along with getting the Ancient Forge mod Automatic Detonation. Lots of people love the Search and Destroy for there homing discs, but you need to right click in order for them to trigger and with the amount of discs you will be firing the Inferno is better. Note: I haven’t tested Search and Destroy too much.

For this build I used the Turret, but I think something like the Smithing Spear could be good as well as your only with a slower (but still fast) fire rate. Or really anything you pick could work in that case.

1.Turret
2.Smiting Spear

The order for acquiring these mods aren’t too important though the most important mods are Automatic Detonation for Disc (1) and Ammo Transfer for Turrets (4). Other than that, just get the mods when you can and prioritize 1 before 4, then whatever order after.

1.Automatic Detonation
2.Halting Discs
3.Spare Discs
4.Ammo Transfer
5.Ricochet
6.Double Trouble

Fan basically gives dices for free and spreads discs out hitting more and killing more enemies fast. Freebie is just for more turrets.

Fan is a must for infinite ammo.

Second Charm

Helps throw down more turrets. Could be swapped out for anything if you feel you have enough turrets.

Fortune on your Primary will take care of all the adds in an encounter. -With the right blessings, all of which you will get eventually, it will shoot beams of gold down instantly and multiple times on any enemy you hit (which get hit multiple times due to halting discs) and any enemy near. -The beams do a lot of damage, explode and jump to nearby enemy’s with heavily increased damage and chances based on the gold you have. -Killing enemies within 2 seconds of hitting them with a gold beam will turn them to gold. Fortune also has a chance to instantly kill adds turn them into gold. Chances are increased based on gold. -Any enemy turned into gold gives you gold as well farther increasing Fortunes power. -Picking up gold, which you will be doing a lot of bc of turning enemies into gold, will increase your damage even more and also increase your fire rate a lot depending on how many times you have upgraded a blessing. -All of this combined gives a lot of gold and very very quickly kills everything in encounters Frost in your secondary is for bosses but also works on adds. -Early game, frost will help freeze enemies preventing them from hitting you and also increase if damage they take when frozen. Though this will quickly be no longer useful for when you upgrade Fortune, it is still helpful for early game. -For bosses, frozen bosses will take a percent of their health in damage for every second they are frozen and even more % of their health for when they unfreeze. They also take increased damage when frozen. The highest I’ve got these % is 6% health per second, and 12% health on unfrozen though the numbers can go even higher. Tentacles on Turrets was originally to increase rate of fire on the disc thrower before I knew Fortune could do the same. -When throwing down turrets, each bullet hitting an enemy has a chance to spawn a tentacle. With having the Charm Freebie, you can throw down a lot of turrets if you’re lucky. Each turret hits 2 enemies due to the Ricochet mod which results in a lot of Tentacle's. -The main blessing we want for Tentacles is Vitamins, which has a change to increase damage and fire rate every time a tentacle hits an emery. This also has a 30% change to trigger twice bc of the ancient forge mod on turrets. -The result is a heavily increased fire rate by its self. And when mixed with Fortune, the fire rate is so fast that it almost crashed my game if I held the trigger down.

The order of frost doesn't matter too much. First, DO NOT PICK UP "Brittle Freeze." You want the boss to unfreeze as unfreezing does good damage. Other than that priorities the listed blessings when you can, these are the more important once's.

1.Frozen Ability
2.Quick Freeze
3.Hypothermia
4.Heavy Freeze
5.Frozen Shards
6.Frozen Secondary
7.Frozen Primary
