Combat Spirits Bow
The combat bow is very strong with spirits, so we're going to make the most of that.

Stable String and True are the main ones, but the other two seem to be fine - I don't have a strong preference there. Basically True Form always allows sweetspots to be counted as weakspot hits, and then Stable String increases weakspot hit damage by 10%, stacked up to 250%, so basically as long as you keep hitting sweetspots, you'll do up to 250% damage in a long fight.
Charms
First Charm
Pretty self explanatory, fan is strong.
Second Charm
Like pretty much every build, you always want to start with Thief's Eye to get your build stronger, but then I would change that out to Mr Boom or Freebie.
Aspects and Blessings
We're using Spirits to do most of our damage - it's kind of idiot proof and should be procing every single shot. Lightning was mostly for mob clearly but you could possibly change that to shadow or something. Barrier is just to keep us alive while spirits slowly kill everything. This is a pretty idiot proof build, just keep hitting sweetspots and you'll eventually kill everything without really aiming.
Primary Aspect
Spirit procs really well on strong single hits.
Primary Blessings
Basically try to get as many of the blessings as you can, this is the primary aspect to focus on.
Secondary Aspect
I went with lightning because it works well with the smart arrow + fan, but really anything could work here - it's not the main damage dealer.
Secondary Blessings
Just get what you can without really focusing on it.
Ability Aspect
Defense + ancient core is strong because you can basically always have it up.
Ability Blessings
Panicked Barrier is sort of a must because it allows Ancient Core to one shot refresh your barrier, and empowering barrier is nice to add to your damage output, but just get everything else whenever. This should be your second priority in terms of blessings.
